Hornets pre-season training is well under way with good numbers turning up for the twice-weekly sessions.
Getting fitness back after time off is always a double edged sword but the Hornets lads showed great determination last night during the anaerobic endurance test and afterwards, were still smiling thanks to joker Jez and his always witty comments.
But whilst the club can offer you moments of fitness, it’s important that it is kept up in your own time in preparation for the season ahead. The Hornets have compiled an individual training form which you can download here, which you should use to check off your pre-season activity.
The friendlies are coming soon and we want to ensure we get the best squad we can to really challenge this season. If you know anyone who wants to come along and be a Hornet, we are still accepting applications and now is the best time whilst training is still free of charge.
