Hornets battled hard for a well earned point with Perrywood at Neel Park.
In a game full of incidents the Yellow and Black show some real spirit to come from behind twice to gain a point in an even game.
With chances at each end going begging during the first half it was Perrywood who took the lead early in the second.

Soon after Hornets equalled with a perfectly flighted free kick by Chris Madden was steered home at the far post by Mark Walker.
After a free header in the middle of the park Perrywood ran at the Hornets back line resulting in another, if slightly soft, penalty. The Perrywood striker once again giving Nick Garth no chance.
Hornets pushed for an equaliser and it came as Dan Burdon was clipped driving into the Perrywood box for the third penalty of the game.

There was still time for a final incident as Dan Burdon (pictured) was given a straight red for lashing out at a Perrywood player after his hand had been stamped on. As Dan left the field with his hand bleeding it seemed a little harsh not to send the opposition player off as well.
