After a very cold weekend, many games across Worcestershire were called off due to frozen pitches, much like the first team against AFC West Midland. However, down at Perdiswell the pitches were hard but nothing that a little running on wouldn’t thaw out and certainly no harder than when playing on them in September.
So the Reserves were up against old rivals Hangover, who in three of the last four matches with the Reserves have put four goals into the net. Unfortunately for the Reserves, this would be the fourth time Hangover would net four, and they also took all three points.
Both clubs will be hoping for better weather and better results next weekend when both teams will be at home, the firsts against Perrywood Reserves and the Reserves against FC Five Fathers.
