Both Hornets firsts and Reserves took three points from their games this weekend in two exciting matches.
The first team hosted Perrywood AFC Reserves and with manager Rich Bryan away, gave him a happy three points to return to after a 5-2 victory with two second half goals from substitute Mark Underhill.
The Reserves were at home playing against FC Five Fathers, a team who had beaten them in the reverse fixture in a game that perhaps the Reserves should have taken something from. This time, it was Hornets who would show why they deserved to win, holding out for a 3-2 victory.
